Questions
Isn't Perry fully open source? Why pay?
Yes, completely. You're paying for a partner who guarantees response times, ships LTS releases, and prioritizes your bugs. The code stays free and MIT/Apache licensed.
What if Perry as a project is abandoned?
Everything is open source and fully self-hostable, including the build hub. Worst case you fork — you're never locked in.
How does roadmap input work?
Quarterly call where you bring your priorities and we discuss what's feasible. No guarantees on specific features, but Enterprise customers materially shape what ships.
Can we self-host everything?
Yes — and Enterprise includes setup help and architecture review.
What's the SLA, exactly?
P0 (production down): 4 business hours response. P1 (significant impact): 1 business day. P2 (minor): 3 business days. Team tier covers P1 and P2; Enterprise covers all severities.
Do you offer training or onboarding?
Yes — included with Enterprise. Available as add-on for Team.
Can we evaluate before committing?
Yes. Book a call and we'll talk through your use case before any contract.

Talk to the team
Perry is built by a small group of compiler and systems engineers. When you reach out, you talk to us directly — not a sales funnel.
